The apartment was modest but included all necessary amenities. It was quiet and located close to Žnjan beach, supermarkets, and various restaurants. The property offered good air conditioning and a small balcony suitable for outdoor meals. A free parking space was reserved on-site, with the owner living upstairs and providing helpful assistance. Public transport connections to downtown were easily accessible by bus.
