The location was superb, situated right on the main Riva with beautiful sea views and close to the old town and ferry port. The hotel featured a warm, welcoming atmosphere with friendly and helpful reception and restaurant staff who provided local advice and accommodated special requests. Breakfast offered a good variety of dishes including freshly squeezed orange juice. Rooms were well-sized, and late check-out along with luggage storage at the restaurant was available for convenience.
