Exceptional staff were kind and helpful, especially with bags, and communication from Gianni was very good. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable with AC and a fridge, while the bathroom was exceptionally clean, coffee and tea were available in the room. Secure gated parking for five motorcycles was there near the Old City about 10-15 minutes walk away.
