Spotlessly clean and tidy apartment had air conditioning that worked perfectly and free coffee to start the morning, owners delivered toilet paper within 15 minutes after a message and answered questions quickly in ... chat. The location was perfect, just a short walk downhill to old town and Riva with restaurants open until midnight nearby. The host accommodated very late check-in at 11:00 pm due to flight delay and allowed luggage storage at a nearby hotel before the apartment was ready.
