The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the old town and many attractions. The host provided helpful recommendations and was always responsive to messages. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with clear instructions on how to operate the guest house. A free room upgrade was offered during the stay, along with additional requested amenities. The cleaning staff was friendly and assisted with luggage on departure day.
