The apartments were comfortable and in a great spot, about 15 minutes to Marjan Hill and the old town, with easy bus connections from Sukoisan station to anywhere in Split. There were several minimarkets nearby, the place felt fresh and clean, and even with a cafe downstairs, it stayed pretty quiet.
