Spacious apartments featured three bedrooms, a large bathroom, and an additional smaller one, suitable for six guests. The kitchen and living room were fully equipped and bright, with multiple balconies and a terrace. Air conditioning was provided throughout the clean and well-maintained space. A shortcut in front of the building led to the public beach within ten minutes on foot. Laundry facilities included a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
