The apartment was very clean and had an amazing view from the balcony with new appliances and fast internet, the host was very helpful, polite, and easy to communicate with, shops were nearby including Lidl and Kaufland within 7-10 minutes walking distance, the Old Town was 25 minutes on foot away, and a nice beach was 10 minutes away.
